The organising committee has selected the Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa as the venue for the conference.


The Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive resort, located approximately thirteen (13) Kilometres east of the Donald Sangster International Airport (SIA).

A premier Caribbean destination, this beachfront resort offers excellent conference facilities, including a large room with a seating capacity of eight hundred persons theatre style. This room can be split into two smaller rooms with seating capacities ranging from 120 to 350 in a classroom style configuration. A third room, with a seating capacity of approximately sixty is located beside this large banquet room. Another room option with seating capacity of approximately eighty 80 is located on the floor above the large room.

More than 90 days

Full Refund Up to 100% of the room block may be released without any fees. Any deposit made will be refunded by the hotel.

89-46 days

$100 per room Up to 20% of the remaining room block may be released without any fees. Any room cancelled above this threshold will be charged $100 per room.

45-31 days

$150 per room Up to 10% of the remaining room block may be released without any fees. Any room cancelled above this threshold will be charged $150USD per room.

30 – 0 days

No Refund Cancellations within 45 days or less prior to first date on Room Commitment, including no-shows - 100% of the estimated room revenue will be charged based on booked occupancy.


Toby's Resort

As an alternative to the conference venue hotel, the organising committee proposes Toby's Resort.


Toby’s Resort is a family owned and operated Jamaican Resort. They offer cozy hotel rooms, great services, restaurant and of course, the best hotel staff. The Hotel is located approximately three km west of the Donald Sangster International Airport (SIA). The commute to the conference venye at the Hilton Rose Hall is less than a twenty minute drive.

Meals are not included in the listed prices below; a special rate applies for breakfast of $12/person daily and dinner at $20/person daily for those interested in taking that option. However, as it is located near the Jimmy Cliff Boulevard (formally called Gloucester Avenue), guests have the option to explore the local cuisine readily available to them within walking distance of the hotel.

The Hilton Resort and Spa Hotel charge an entry fee of USD $65 dollars per day. The Organising Committee has managed to find sponsorship to wave this fee through sponsorship.

Transportation between the Conference Hotel and the alternate listed above will be arranged at fixed times free of charge for delegates.
